1-3 Structure, light and energy • Structure: constant Ø400 mm cylinder, 7 m tall, 5 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, black RAL9005 powder coat. No side brackets or hanging domes to knock or tamper with. 25-year structural design life with proper installation and maintenance. • Light: 100 W top glow luminaire, 15,000 lm at 4000 K (about 150 lm/W). Three to five graduated light rings over 1.5 m make the pole easy to see in a lane. Checked against IEC 60598. • Energy: ~256 W flexible CIGS thin film wrapped 360°, MPPT charging a 3,000 Wh LFP battery. The band offsets auxiliary loads first and supports resilience during unstable grid periods; the battery keeps critical low-power functions running at night.
