企業・法人向けは有償ですが、コミュニティ・個人向けは申請にて無償利用が可能。
ただし、固定IP(グローバルIPアドレス)が必要。

既存で契約しているISP(インターネットサービスプロバイダー)は、固定IPが取得できなかったの
で、ISP契約を追加してみました。
